OUR PURPOSE
We aim to achieve our social purpose by bringing poor quality, older property back into use to satisfy the highest demand ever seen in the UK, which continues to increase.
We aim to create mutually beneficial deals for investors and ourselves.
We are dedicated to enhancing both the immediate and long-term financial prospects for individuals wanting to earn interest on their capital, who have been adversely affected by years of low-interest rates and more recently by high inflation eroding their savings.
Our goal is to ensure that those who have received an inheritance or lump sum, and those who are planning for retirement, can achieve financial stability, free from the need for extended work or the concern of dwindling savings.
We provide safe, solid returns of between 7-10% for our investors by buying properties below market value, adding value through refurbishment and refinancing or selling at the increased value.
We also provide jobs for local tradespeople and employment for others through our management company.
ABOUT US
We are North West Property Investments, a property investment and deal sourcing company.
Established in 2018, our experience and knowledge of regional property markets means that we have a proven track record of delivering projects, having grown our own multi-million pound portfolio, while helping our investors to realise their financial goals. We focus on redevelopment and conversions of properties into shared accommodation or serviced accommodation, changes of use of properties and flip opportunities with good development uplifts.
We use all forms of finance to facilitate these purchases, from our own capital, institutional lending and bridging finance. Our preference is to use private investor funds and in return, we give investors a far superior return on their money than they currently get from their savings accounts.
We look for minimum investments of £50,000 with loan lengths of between 12-36 months and in return provide returns of between 7-10%; far higher rates on offer from the banks. Alternatively we have opportunities for retained investors who have larger capital sums to deploy and want to move from project to project with us.
Our expertise comes from years of education with some of the UK's leading property training providers, plus years of development and sourcing experience on a wide range of differing projects. We are also a part of multiple property networking groups as we realise the importance of keeping our knowledge up-to-date in the constantly changing environment we operate in.
We use the latest technology and AI to find on and off market deals that others do not come across, that provide significant development uplifts, and ensure multiple exit options on each deal.
